The hotel offers great value for money, with warm and friendly staff and excellent spa facilities. the rooms are cozy and come with a range of amenities, including bathrobes and towels. the hotel's breakfast and dinner options are delicious, and there are plenty of parking spots available. Plus, the pools are very warm, which makes them perfect for kids.
Some guests have reported that the hotel only accepts cash or EC, and not credit cards, which may be an inconvenience for some travelers.

The new year experience at this hotel was amazing. the spa was one of the best aspects of my stay, with a variety of relaxing treatments that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. the friendly and helpful staff made me feel at home. They provided all kinds of assistance, including great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Another advantage was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a generous spread of delicious food. the location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and plenty of activities in the surrounding area.
The room was a bit small but had everything I needed. Though I had a great experience overall, the quality of the evening dining experience left something to be desired.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the renovated spa area, and the warm pools were a highlight. Parking was also very convenient. a fantastic experience.

The pools were refreshing and relaxing after spa services. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of breakfast and dinner options. The location was great, easy access to parking and close to a water park. I also enjoyed the spacious suites, which were perfect for my family and me. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
While the menu had a good selection, I would have liked to see more variety. The standard rooms were a bit outdated and small, suitable for only one person.
